About the hotel

Question 2: If you are a general manager of a five star hotel, will you apply the Michelin star for your hotel or the qualified restaurant whthin your hotel? Please explain.
Answer:
Perhaps we won't. The Michelin star is a glory of a restaurant, but a joke to a hotel.The Michelin star is about a restaurant's food and service whether good or excellent. As a five star hotel, the responsibility of a hotel is not just like a restaurant and a common hotel; we not only served delicious food, comfortable rooms and attentive room service, but also provide a strange place where you can relax yourselves just like at home.Better we provide, more people will come to our hotel. If we develop the restaurant so well, as first many customers will come, but then they will consider our hotel as a restaurant, why do we run it as a hotel? So we may not put great deal of attention in it.
That's the reason why we will not apply the Michelin star for our hotel.

Most people enjoy having meal in Michelin star,because it has high quality, comfortable environment and delicioud food.
The Role: Michelin Star ,as a food service, it is being a supplior role of hospitality industry,it offers us food and drinking ,in a word ,it is a important part in hospitality industry.

Last year,a tour group from China to US had a traffic accident by dirver’s misplay and the old bus,causing all of the Chinese people died.This is a sad accident,at first,travellers went to US happily.Everyone didn’t want to come across this thing.If the travel agent pay attention to safety and security of the transportion ,maybe this thing would be never happened.So safety is a basic reguirement of Tourism.It is not only a guarantee to an enjoyable tour,but also a support to tourism industry.
When it comes to the safest transportation,most person will say airplane,of course,it is convenient and it has advanced equipment and high price assurance,people always choose airplane to be their best.But in recent years, air crash is a big problem,for example 911,Sinkiang Air addence, Aircraft hijacking,and so on.Besides,airplane is easy breaking by birds.And as I see , bike is the safest,you can take it to anywhere you want,and if you are serious,you can forbid taffic affair.
